Debit Card Activation Steps:
bob World App:
Log in to bob World app >> click on Cards >> under Debit cards, click on view cards >> Tap on the desired debit card >> click on ‘Manage’ >> switch on ‘International usage/Contactless usage/Online usage’
bob World Internet:
Log in to bob World Internet >> click on ‘Services’ tab >> under ‘Debit Card services’ click on ‘ Set Daily Debit card ATM & POS/ECOM limits’ >> select ‘Customer ID’ >> select ‘Card number’ >> under Debit card mode details choose ‘International usage/Contactless usage/Online usage’
bob ATM:
Insert card in ATM machine >> select ‘Manage Debit card’ >> Select ‘Manage Channel’ >> Select your option from ATM/POS/ECOM/Contactless
IVR:
Please call on toll free no. 1800 5000/1800 5700 and follow instruction to to enable desired channel.
