केंद्रीय पेंशन प्रसंस्करण केंद्र (सीपीपीसी)
Pensioners are our valuable and worthy customers. We value their role in the nation building and are committed to provide efficient customer service to them. As Senior Citizens of the country, we recognize their valuable contribution. With a view to provide better and complaint free service to all pensioners, we have centralised the payment of pension at CPPC. The CPPC is located at 5th Floor, Gift One Tower, Gift City, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat- 382355.
It undertakes the calculation of the pension for the pensioners drawing pension from our Bank. Through creation of pool of Specialized officers at CPPC, we strive for timely and accurate payment of pension to all categories of pensioners as well as quick redressal of their grievances.
For redressal of Pensioners’ grievances a Toll Free Help Line 1800 111 348 has been provided at CPPC. Pensioners can also contact us via email at helpdesk.cppc@bankofbaroda.bank.in
The details required for availing Pension Disbursement Facility from Bank of Baroda are as under:
- Before commencement of pension, pensioners are given option for getting their pension credited in their saving bank account held singly or jointly with their spouses in whose favour an authorization for family pension exists in the PPO. In case of Joint account, the mode of operation should be either “former or survivor” or “either or survivor”.
- The same has to be intimated to PPO issuing authorities for sending the PPO to CPPC, Gandhi nagar for processing and payment thereof.

Life Certificate Submission
The Life Certificate for Super Senior Pensioners aged 80 years and above starts from 1st October and for other pensioners, from 1st November every year. We offer the facility of submission of Life Certificate both digitally and physically.
