116th Foundation Day Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Definition & Important Terms:

• On the account of the Bank's 116th Foundation Day, a social media contest will be held. The participants will have to answer a few questions about the bank to win or claim rewards, prizes and merchandise.
• The contest is open to all and not only restricted to Bank of Baroda customers.
• The participants will have to answer all the questions.
• Answer the questions by commenting on the contest posts only in a correct way.
• Among all the players, 10 lucky winners will be rewarded with a gift voucher worth Rs. 500/-.
• A participant can participate any number of times.

The winner's name shall be announced shortly after the completion of the contest and through our official social media handles only.

The prizes shall be dispatched shortly after the winners are announced.

The contest is a social media engagement activity meant only for fun to increase excitement around the Bank’s Foundation Day. No one shall be held liable for any delay or cancellation in the delivery of the Prize due to non-availability of stock or any other reason. The winning contestant shall not have any rights to claim loss or cost from the Bank of Baroda for delay or cancellation in the prize delivery on any grounds whatsoever.

• Lucky winners will be selected randomly by a third party, and the same party will be responsible for the finalization and selection of winners
• The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item. It is non-transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
• Decision of the Bank of Baroda on all aspects, including concerns administering the Program, shall be final and binding on the Contestant.
• Participation in this Program shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and any rules and regulations already announced.
• The Contestant acknowledges that they have fully read, understood, and are thus fully aware of the terms and conditions of the program, and his/her participation in this program is voluntary.
• The winner would be contacted twice in the 48 hours after the contest results were announced. If the winner cannot be reached or cannot redeem the prize for any reason, the organizer reserves the right to pass on the gift to another participant or to cancel the gift without further notice to the winner.
