Video Re-KYC

  • Individual Resident Customers (other than Minor) having Aadhaar Number & Original PAN can undertake Video Re-KYC (Re-KYC through Video KYC). 
  • To complete your Re-KYC please Click Here . For best experience, use Google Chrome on Android device and Safari on iOS device. 
  • Complete your online Re-KYC application by providing correct Aadhaar Number, PAN and other latest information. Please note that your Aadhaar Name should match with your name as per Bank’s record. 
  • Provide Customer ID and Mobile number registered with the Bank to start journey. To inquire your Customer ID, please type CUST and send SMS to 8422009988 from your registered Mobile Number. 
  • Once application is submitted, you are requested to proceed for Video call and connect with our Bank official through website between 9 AM to 8 PM on all working days. You may also schedule Video KYC call within 3 days through our website without re-initiating application. 
  • Please keep your original PAN Card along with Blue/Black Pen & a white paper ready before joining video call.
