Bank of Baroda provides the ‘bob World Merchant Gateway’ (Internet Payment Gateway), a facility that enables businesses & institutions to receive online payments via debit/credit cards, UPI (VPA & QR code), wallets, and net banking (through an aggregator) of 50+ banks. It is a safe, secure, and trusted payment solution for e-commerce and online businesses.

bob World Merchant Gateway is ideal for categories such as Education (schools and colleges for fee collection), Retail, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Government services, and Utility merchants who wish to sell online products or services. It is also suited for associations to receive subscriptions from their members, as well as Government and Semi-Government offices, municipal corporations, electricity boards, and other utility payment services companies to collect dues or payments from consumers. (Many of these businesses have already enrolled with us and are successfully using the bob World Merchant Gateway platform.).

Baroda PayPoint: For institutions and businesses without websites or technical expertise, Baroda PayPoint offers a web/mobile-based online and offline payment collection portal. This solution simplifies the payment process by shielding merchants and consumers from the complexities of payment transactions and integration.

• The Bank will provide software for the secure transmission of card information and payment confirmations between the merchant’s website and the Payment Gateway.
• The Bank’s team will coordinate with the merchant’s technical team for host-to-host configuration, end-to-end testing, and related activities.
• The merchant’s team will have access to dashboards to view transactions made through the website and generate relevant reports independently, without requiring support from the branch or the Bank’s teams.

• Merchant will be required to sign an agreement that includes the agreed fee structure, settlement methodology, data non-disclosure/confidentiality terms, and other relevant clauses for enrolment.
• Appropriate KYC documentation and company details will be required.
• The Bank reserves the right to reject any merchant for the Payment Gateway.
