#SamriddhiKaShreeGanesh Contest - Terms & Conditions

Definition & Important Terms:

• On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, we bring #SamriddhiKaShreeGanesh Contest, which will run on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms, where participants have to answer simple questions.
• The contest is open to all people in India. (“Participant”)
• Contest Duration: The contest starts on 31st August 2022 and ends on 9th September 2022 at 11.59 pm. Participants need to answer the questions asked in the comments section.
• The participation will be determined by answering the questions in the comments section on Facebook and Instagram.
• There will be 10 winners in all from both platforms of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Winners will be given a Gift card of Rs 1000/- each.
• A participant can participate in more than one platform.
• Name of the winner shall be announced after the completion of the contest.
• The prizes shall be shared shortly after the winners are announced.

• #SamriddhiKaShreeGanesh contest is brought to you by Bank of Baroda.
• By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
• Bank of Baroda can use your public profile picture, name & place in any contest- related announcements on all its social media platforms.
• Participants will have to like any of the social media pages and answer the contest by commenting on the post where question is asked either on Facebook or Instagram to have a valid entry into the contest and to win the prize.
• Winners will have to provide valid ID Proof to claim the prize.
• Bank of Baroda reserves the right to remove any comments that demotivate, defame or abuse any participant or cancel, withdraw, change or substitute the Prize at any time without any prior notice.
• The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is non- transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
• The Program cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from Bank of Baroda, subsisting or announced at a future date by Bank of Baroda.
• Bank of Baroda reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/ or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on the Contestant.
• Bank of Baroda shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the Prize due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason beyond its control. The winning Contestant shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from Bank of Baroda for delay in delivery of the Prize on any grounds whatsoever.
• Bank of Baroda is the owner and/ or licensee of various trademarks including all graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names relating to the Contest and the Participants are not allowed to use the same in any manner whatsoever; whether or not it causes confusion among contestants, or disparages or discredits Bank of Baroda or its Affiliates. All other trademarks not owned by Bank of Baroda or its Affiliates that appear on this Website or Contest, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or connected to Bank of Baroda.
• Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Program, by way of fake or duplicate profile or profiles may result in termination of Contestant participation in the Program in addition to any other rights or remedies Bank of Baroda shall have whether in law or equity against Contestant.
• The Contestant shall ensure that the content uploaded by the contestant:
  1. Shall not violate any kind of intellectual property rights of any kind. In case of photographs are related to a natural person whether living or dead, the consent of such natural person or his/her legal heir must be taken.
  2. Should not contain any defamatory content.
  3. Should not contain any theme or content which is illegal or against public policy.
  4. Should not be against the national interest.
  5. Should not be against the social or religious sentiments of any individual or group of people.
  6. Shall not be an imitation or copy of the image or content owned by any other person or entity.
• Decision of Bank of Baroda on all aspects including with regard to administering the Program shall be final and binding on the Contestant.
• Participation in this Program shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.
• The Contestant acknowledges that he has fully read and understood and is thus fully aware of the terms and conditions of the Program and his/her participation in this Program is voluntary.

In case of any issues related to the Contest, Contestant shall e-mail their query to social.media@bankofbaroda.bank.in for all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Contest and its terms and conditions shall be final, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• The winner would be contacted twice over a period of 48 hrs. of the declaration of the contest’s results. In case the winner is not reachable or he/she cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer will reserve the right to pass on the gift to another participant or may cancel the gift without any further notice to the winner.
• Bank will contact winners only via personal message from the respective social media official page.
• The winners will have to respond within 10 days from the date of message sent by the bank. If the winner does not respond in the given time, the winner will lose the right to win the prize.
• If the prize is not received by the winner and it is returned, bank is not liable to resend the prize.
• If incorrect details are provided by the winner leads to any type of failure in transferring the Gift Card, the winner will be responsible for the loss and the Bank will not reissue the card.
