Bank of Baroda participated in India Climate Week 2026, themed “Gateway to Net Zero,” held from March 12 to 17 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi—an initiative organised by the Carbon Markets Association of India (CMAI). The Bank highlighted its leadership in ESG, climate finance, and sustainability through an engaging and informative stall. Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Hon’ble Minister of State for the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy and Ministry of Power, Government of India, visited the stall and interacted with the team. Several distinguished national and international dignitaries, senior officials from Central and State Governments, and industry experts also visited the Bank’s stall during the event. Shri Ravindra Singh Negi, Group Chief Risk Officer, represented the Bank as a panellist in the session “Driving Rural Growth through Climate Finance.” He also delivered the Valedictory Address as Guest of Honour on “Charting the Way Forward: India’s Roadmap to a Net-Zero World,” highlighting strategic pathways for a sustainable future. बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा यूके परिचालन द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मातृभाषा दिवस का आयोजन अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मातृभाषा दिवस के अवसर पर बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा के लंदन स्थित कार्यालय में दिनांक 5 मार्च 2026 को एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें भारतीय उच्चायोग, लंदन की राजभाषा एवं सांस्कृतिक अधिकारी, डॉ. अनुराधा पांडे मुख्य अतिथि एवं मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में उपस्थित रहीं। डॉ. पांडे ने कर्मचारियों को संबोधित करते हुए मातृभाषाओं के महत्व को रेखांकित किया तथा कार्यस्थल पर हिंदी एवं भारतीय भाषाओं के प्रभावी प्रयोग के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। इस दौरान स्टाफ सदस्यों द्वारा अपनी मातृभाषा यानी विभिन्न भारतीय भाषाओं यथा कोंकणी, मराठी, गुजराती, भोजपुरी, पंजाबी, मलयालम और बांग्ला में कविताओं और गीतों की प्रस्तुतियां दी गईं। बैंक के यूके परिचालन के मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी श्री निशांत कुमार ने अपने संबोधन में बैंक द्वारा ग्राहकों को दी जाने वाली सेवाओं और बैंक के उत्पादों में भारतीय भाषाओं के समावेश से जुड़ी पहलों तथा इस दिशा में हुई प्रगति पर प्रकाश डाला। कार्यक्रम में उप मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी श्री मयंक तापड़िया के साथ-साथ मुख्य जोखिम अधिकारी, आंतरिक लेखापरीक्षा प्रमुख, मुख्य वित्तीय अधिकारी और मुख्य परिचालन अधिकारी बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा (यूके) लिमिटेड तथा बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा यूके परिचालन के कर्मचारी भी उपस्थित रहे। #InternationalMotherLanguageDay #BankofBaroda #MotherLanguage #IndianLanguages
