I’m a bob customer from long 11 years time. Suddenly my net banking stop working so I visited this Whitefields branch today. There in customer service counter one person was there who really really helpful to me as I visited the branch with my 1year kid. So for the net banking issues I need to show them what the problem I was facing. And to show them I need to connect my MacBook with some WiFi or Mobile hotspot. But my mobile hotspot not working inside the bank, so I asked that person to connect my MacBook to any bank wifi. He helps me to connect. But there are two more lady who scolded him very badly and behave with me even so bad. The thing is they will not work and if any other person working they’ll not let them do. I don’t know any of their name. But if anyone in bank authority wants me to come and recognise that two lady I can come. But thanks a lot to the other person who help me out and solve my problem with Internet banking. The rating 5 I’m giving to this branch because of that young person who help me out.

I have taken a loan from whitefield branch. The entire experience starting from application, processing and sanction of loan is very smooth. The bank manager Yuvaraj is very customer focussed and is very kind to help me whenever I called him. He has taken care of savings account and loan account opening and dispersing loan amount. I have never experienced an issue. In fact, I stayed in Thanisandra which is 22 kms away from branch while I applied for the loan. Whenever required, Mr Yuvaraj has arranged home delivery of documents. Overall it’s excellent experience with BOB. This is my second time in BOB for loan processing.

Bank of Baroda has signed an MoU with the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited – CCL to provide an electronic Fixed Deposit Receipt (e-FDR) facility to participants of the Multi Commodity Exchange. The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri Prafulla Chhajed (Chairman); Shri Srinivas Petturi (Public Interest Director & Former Executive Director, Bank of Baroda); Smt Kemisha Soni (Public Interest Director); Shri Narendra Ahlawat (Managing Director & CEO); Shri Arnav Kumar Datta (Head – Collateral); and Shri Praveen Kottyan (Head – Legal) from MCX CCL along with Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, General Manager and Zonal Head, Bank of Baroda, Mumbai Zone.
