I visited the branch on 25th September 2024 to inquire about a car loan, with all supporting documents that I assumed were necessary to apply for one. To my pleasant surprise, the loan was sanctioned and processed in less than 2 hours on the same day! It was an end-to-end digital procedure. Mr. Krishna Kanth, who handled the credit process from start to finish, was exceptionally helpful and persevered to get the procedure completed in record time! This branch of Bank of Baroda has become much better now, led by the Chief Manager, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Gurajapu, and by the group of competent and professional staff like Mr. Krishna Kanth. I shall continue to do business with this branch, based on the pleasant customer experience I had. Many thanks to all the staff who serve there at present.
