Digital Personal Loan Balance Transfer : Features

  • Purpose: For any purpose other than speculation.
  • Minimum Loan Amount: Rs. 51,000/-
  • Maximum Loan Amount: Rs. 20,00,000/-
  • NIL Processing Charges.
  • Repayment Tenure: 12 months to 84 months
  • Age Criteria:Minimum 21 Years and maximum 58 Years (at the end of tenor).
  • Both Floating & Fixed interest rates available.
  • Product Type:Digital Personal Loan offered with following two objectives:
    Transfer: Takeover of quality Personal Loans
    Transfer + Top-up: Additional Personal Loan over and above loan taken over

Digital Personal Loan Balance Transfer : Eligibility

  • Continuous service for -1- year.
  • Staff members/ NRIs/ PIO/ Non-Individuals are not eligible..
  • Employees of Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Public/ Joint Sector Undertakings, Listed Public Limited Co. having external rating ‘A’ & above/ & Educational Institutions of National Repute having MOU signed with our Bank for Salary account (Addition)

Digital Personal Loan Balance Transfer : Documents Required

  • Valid Mobile number.
  • Aadhar number for procurement of OTP for E-Stamping & E Sign.
  • Sanction letter of Personal Loan being taken over along with amortization schedule.
  • Loan Account Statement of the above PL for last one year leading to latest repayment made.
  • Transferor bank’s branch details & IFSC where the existing PL is parked.

  • Both Floating & Fixed rates available.

    The following pricing will be offered for both Transfer & Transfer + Top-up option.

  • Floating Rate Option:

    CIBIL Score ROI based on CIBIL
    726 & above BRLLR+SP+2.00% i.e.10.15% (at present)
    701-725 BRLLR+SP+2.50% i.e. 10.65% (at present)

    Fixed Rate Option:

    CIBIL Score ROI based on CIBIL
    701 & above 1-Year MCLR+SP+2.00% i.e. 11.00% (at present)
  • NIL Processing Charges.
  • Stamp Duty: As per state stamp act.

Digital Personal Loan Balance Transfer : Terms and Conditions

  • Loan Limit:
    • Minimum: Rs. 51,000/-
    • Maximum: Rs. 20,00,000/-
  • Repayment Tenure: 12 months to 84 months
  • Age:
    • Minimum: 21 Years
    • Maximum: 58 Years (at the end of tenor).
  • Flat FOIR of 75% on Net Monthly Income.
  • Penal Charges:
    Sanctioned amount Penal charges
    Up to Rs. 10,000/- NIL
    Above Rs. 10,000/- 2% p.a. on the amount of default

    NOTE: Penal charges are to be applied solely to overdue payments (instalments and/or interest/service charges etc.), for the period they remain unpaid beyond their due date. Penal charges will be calculated based on the actual number of days of default but will be debited on a monthly basis.

    a. Penal Charges @ 2% p.a. will be charged on the outstanding balance of credit facipties of borrower for the default period for following nature of non-comppance:

    b. Non-Submission of documents as per sanction terms

    c. Non-comppance in security perfection as per sanction terms.

    d. Any other breaches/ non-comppance in material terms of sanction.

    • Penal charges will be applied on a monthly basis and calculated for the actual period of non-compliance.
    • If penal charges remain uncollected in respect of Non-Performing Asset (NPA) accounts, penal charges shall be reversed to the extent it remains uncollected for the specific purpose of non-recognition of income. However, the same shall be part of the total liability of the borrower to the Bank.
    • Penal charges shall not exceed 4% of the outstanding balance of credit facilities of borrower, irrespective of the number of non-compliance instances. Additional penal charges will not be levied on the earlier outstanding amount of penal charges.
  • Prepayment Charges:
    • Any prepayment of EMIs in full or part and closure of the account before the end of the term will attract the prepayment charges of 3%+GST on the prepaid amount after paying one EMI. No prepayment charges after 36 months or the account is closed from the proceeds of a new loan account (under personal loan scheme) availed from our Bank or the demise of the borrower.
  • A cooling off/ look-up period is the time window, which is given to borrowers for exiting digital loans, in case a borrower decides not to continue with the loan.
  • Cooling off/ look-up period will be -3- days from the date of disbursement.
  • The borrower will have an option to exit digital loan by paying the principal and the proportionate interest without any penalty during this Cooling off/ look-up period, however, the upfront Processing Charges + GST and Stamp Duty charges are non-refundable.
  • For borrowers continuing with the loan even after look-up period, pre-payment can be availed subject to the applicable product specific pre-payment charges detailed above, which is mentioned in the ‘pre-payment/part payment charges’ section in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) / sanction letter.
