3. The offer is applicable only on www.zoomcar.com website and Mobile App. Not valid on Netbanking or Wallet payments.
4. The offer can be availed multiple times.
5. To book, minimum billing is for 8 hours.
6. Maximum discount under the offer is capped at Rs.3,000.
7. Customer will receive the cashback post-trip completion in your Zoomcar wallet.
8. Discount applicable only on original reservation charges (not applicable on excess Km, late return fee, or other fees/charges).

20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
21. Mastercard reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
