Bank of Baroda participated in the Credit Outreach Programme organised at Narasaraopeta, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh, on 17th July 2026, reaffirming its commitment to expanding credit access, promoting entrepreneurship and driving inclusive growth. The programme was graced by Hon'ble Union Minister of Finance & Corporate Affairs, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, along with Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh; Shri Payyavula Keshav, State Finance Minister; Shri Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu, MP, Narasaraopeta; and Shri Bhashyam Ramakrishna, MP, Rajya Sabha. Dr. Debadatta Chand, Managing Director & CEO, represented Bank of Baroda along with Shri M. V. S. Sudhakar, General Manager & Zonal Head, Hyderabad Zone; Shri Kiran Reddy, DGM & Regional Head, Vijayawada Region; Shri M. Naga Kumar, AGM & Regional Head, Guntur Region, and other senior officials of the Bank. Bank of Baroda has sanctioned loans under Retail, Agriculture, and MSME segments. The event also featured the distribution of cheques to women entrepreneurs supported under the Bank's MSME lending portfolio and a CSR initiative to strengthen computer infrastructure at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) in Nadendla and Sattenapalle.
