Bank of Baroda, the Convenor Bank of SLBC Gujarat, organised a State Level Awareness-cum-Outreach Programme on ECLGS 5.0 at Vadodara on 25th May 2026 under the joint guidance of the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Government of India, NCGTC, Jan Samarth and PSB Alliance Pvt. Ltd. The programme was graced by Shri Raveesh Kumar, Convenor, SLBC Gujarat & General Manager, Bank of Baroda; Shri Vinay Kumar Rathi, General Manager and Zonal Head, Baroda Zone, Bank of Baroda; Shri Devendra Bonde, DGM, FIDD, Reserve Bank of India; and Shri Abhishek Malviya, AGM, NCGTC and Shri Ganesh Nayak, PSB Alliance. The event was also attended virtually by Shri Manoj M. Muttathil, Joint Secretary, DFS; Smt. Garima Kapoor, Deputy Secretary, DFS; and Shri Manoj Kumar Vats, Director, MSME-DFO, Ahmedabad, along with senior officials from Jan Samarth, PSB Alliance, Commercial Banks, RRBs, NBFCs, Trade and Industry Associations, MSME representatives and other stakeholders. The programme focused on creating wider awareness about ECLGS 5.0 and ensuring the effective implementation of the scheme for eligible sectors. Participants were sensitised to the key features, eligibility criteria, operational guidelines and digital facilitation mechanisms under the scheme.
