A claim scenario One of our MSME customer from Tonk, Rajasthan, reported Damage of Machinery due to Sudden flooding caused by heavy rainfall and the drainage systems in the city became overwhelmed by heavy rain. A Surveyor did the preliminary inspection and on the receipt of relevant documents claim was fully settled
Premium paid – ₹ 11,369
Claim Paid – ₹ 15,53,549
This helped the customer to continue to run the business even after this major disruption without letting the loan turning into NPA
