Bank of Baroda convened the 169th State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) meeting of Rajasthan on 13th May, 2026, at Jaipur to review the banking performance and progress under various financial inclusion and government-sponsored schemes in the State. The meeting was chaired by Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda & Chairman, SLBC Rajasthan. Smt Parimita Mishra, General Manager & Convenor, SLBC Rajasthan; Shri Krishna Kunal, Secretary, Rural Development, Government of Rajasthan; Dr Ravi Kumar Surpur, Secretary, Planning Department, Government of Rajasthan; Smt Shivangi Swarnkar, Special Secretary, Finance (Budget Department), Government of Rajasthan; Smt Priyanka Goswami, Director, State Mission, Livelihood Project & SHG, Government of Rajasthan; Shri Rakesh Rajoria, Commissioner, Women & Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan; Shri Satyendra Kumar, CEO, RITI, Government of Rajasthan; Shri Sumit Mehrada, Superintendent of Police, Cyber Crime, Rajasthan Police; Shri Ranjeev Shankar, Regional Director, RBI, Jaipur; Dr R. Ravi Babu, Chief General Manager, NABARD, Jaipur, along with senior officials from Central & State Government departments and representatives of member banks attended the meeting. During the meeting, Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar emphasized the need to connect all unbanked villages with banking services, strengthen timely credit disbursement, improve the CD Ratio in line with RBI guidelines, and reduce inactive Business Correspondents. He also highlighted the important role of banks in achieving the vision of “Viksit Rajasthan 2047”. The meeting also focused on strengthening measures against Cyber Fraud through strict adherence to RBI guidelines and closer coordination with the Cyber Crime wing of the State Police.
